This year marked meaningful growth, from expanding services and restoring accreditation to strengthening the systems that support long-term, sustainable care. Behind each milestone is a patient who received the care they needed and a community that made it possible.
Together, we delivered over 7,700 patient visits, served more than 1,100 individuals, and provided millions of dollars in life-changing medications. But beyond the numbers, this report reflects something deeper: the collective impact of volunteers, donors, partners, and advocates who believe that access to healthcare should not depend on income or insurance status.
