You may qualify for free healthcare if your household income is less than:
- Family of 1: $3,912/month; $46,950/year
- Family of 2: $5,287/Month; $63,450/year
- Family of 3: $6,662/month; $79,950/year
- Family of 4: $8,037/month; $96,450/year
- Family of 5: $9,412/month; $112,950/year
- Family of 6: $10,787/month; $129,450/year
- Family of 7: $12,162/month; $145,950/year

What's next?
After initial qualification, you will have an eligibility appointment. You will need to bring the following to your appointment:
- Current photo ID, with current address.
- Social Security Card
- Most current food stamp award letter or card.
- Most current 1040 Tax Return.
- If you are homeless, or if someone is providing room and board for you, a letter of support is needed.
- Your Green Card or Visa if applicable.
- Most recent month of pay stubs for everyone in the household.
- Unemployment benefit award letter, if applicable.
- Current year's social security or disability benefits award letter.
- A $5 cash donation, if possible.
